Prunes, black raisins, green raisins, cranberries, apricots, dried figs, dried peaches, sour cherries and dried orange steeped in rum, earl grey tea with orange zest, orange juice and warm spices, such as cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg. Baked into a butter and molasses spice sponge, brushed with servings of rum 3-4 times and served at room temperature.
Store at room temperature (2-4 weeks) or refrigerate wrapped in cling for longer storage (up to 3 months). Serve at room temperature or warm (10-15 seconds).
