Welcome to Raisson D’ētre! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Raisson Detre, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. To agree to and enter into this Agreement, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are between the ages of 15 and 18, a parent or legal guardian may register on your behalf. Children under the age of 15 are not permitted to register, nor can their parents or guardians register on their behalf.

2. Orders and Payments
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected. Payment confirmation will be sent upon receipt. All credit/debit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery if your payment is refused or delayed by your card provider.

3. Delivery
We currently delivering our perishable products across Mumbai city only. Some non-perishable products may be sold PAN-India now or in the future. While we strive to deliver on time, delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur. The Products will be at your risk from the time we deliver them to you. Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due for them, including delivery charges. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate to avoid issues.

4. Product Quality and Allergens
We take utmost care to ensure our products are fresh and prepared as described. However, if an error occurs on our end (e.g., incorrect allergens present), we will offer a replacement as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.

5. No Refunds and Cancellations
All sales are final, and cancellations or refunds are not permitted once the order is confirmed. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for more details.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives incomplete or incorrect, please notify us immediately so we can investigate. If confirmed, we will issue a replacement for the purchase value. Please report such issues within 24 hours of delivery. If additional information is requested to support your complaint, this must be provided within 48 hours. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not cover any damage that takes place once the order is shipped. 

7. Limitation of Liability
Raisson D’ētre is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products. While we take every measure to provide safe and high-quality items, consumption is at your own risk. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Indian law.

8. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate information, including delivery details and any special instructions related to allergens or preferences. We are not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate information.

9. Compliance with Indian Law
Raisson D’ētre operates in accordance with Indian laws, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

10. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Colour Discrepancies

We make every effort to display product colours accurately on our website. However, due to differences in monitor settings and screen resolutions, the colours you see may vary from the actual product. We cannot accept returns if the product colour does not match what you expected based on your screen display.

13. Taste Preferences

Please note that taste preferences are subjective, and we cannot accept returns or refund requests based on personal taste.

14. Discounts & Promotions

From time to time, Raisson D’être may offer special promotions, discount codes, or limited-time offers. These are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at our discretion without prior notice. Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated, and they are not redeemable for cash. Each promotion may be subject to its own terms, including validity dates, product exclusions, and usage limits. Misuse of promotional offers may result in cancellation of the order.
