Refund policy

At Raisson D’ētre, we take pride in delivering high-quality baked goods with care and precision. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have established the following policy:

1. No Refunds: We do not accept refunds for any orders once they have been placed and processed. All sales are considered final.

2. Replacement Policy: We understand that mistakes can happen. If you receive an incorrect item or if we made an error (such as including allergens despite clear instructions), we will offer a replacement. Please notify us within 6 hours of receiving your order. Replacements may take up to 24 hours to process and deliver.

3. No Cancellations: Once an order is confirmed, cancellations are not permitted. Please review your order carefully before finalising your purchase.
