Shipping policy

At Raisson D’ētre, we aim to deliver your freshly baked produce promptly and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our delivery process and guidelines.
1. Delivery Area: We currently deliver within a specific radius centred around postal code 400016 in Mumbai that covers most of Mumbai city PIN codes. If your location falls outside this area, we may not be able to fulfil your order. Please contact us on Whatsapp if you cannot place your order.
2. Shipping Timing: Many of our products are delivered the same day. Our working hours are from 10:00 am until 11:45 pm.
"Ready for delivery" times:

If the order is placed after 11:45 pm and/or if the "Ready for delivery" time exceeds our closing time (11:45 pm), the order handling time carries to the following business day. While we make every effort to meet delivery timelines, delays due to traffic, weather conditions, courier, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur.
3. Delivery Charges: Delivery charges (if any) are calculated based on your location and will be displayed at checkout. All delivery fees are non-refundable.
4. Delivery Instructions: Please provide clear and accurate delivery details at checkout. Special instructions (e.g., specific time requests and landmarks) can be added during the order process. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, they are not guaranteed.
5. Failed Delivery Attempts: If no one is available to receive your order at the delivery address, our courier partner (Porter) will attempt to contact you. If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our bakery, and no refund will be provided.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders: At Raisson D’ētre, we take pride in delivering high-quality baked goods with care and precision. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not cover any damage that takes place once the order is shipped. If your order arrives incomplete or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can investigate. If confirmed, we will issue a replacement within 24 hours.
7. Taxes: All prices listed on our website are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout in accordance with Indian and Maharashtra tax regulations. Applicable taxes are 9% SGST and 9% CGST.
