While my signature cookies are inspired by Ben’s Cookies in Oxford—where I studied—this one is an ode to Amsterdam’s most famous cookie.
A rich, intensely chocolatey dark chocolate butter cookie, generously studded with milk chocolate chips and filled with a silky white chocolate ganache that melts into every bite.
